A journey inward

Remember more of
who you are.

QHHT is an immersive hypnosis experience designed to help you explore the inner landscape of your consciousness — from memories and symbolic experiences to questions about purpose, patterns, relationships, and the nature of self.

What is QHHT?

Going beyond the surface of the mind.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a form of guided hypnosis and past-life regression developed by Dolores Cannon. A session typically uses deep relaxation and visualization to explore experiences that arise from the client's own mind and imagination.

People may experience what they interpret as a past life, a symbolic landscape, another form of existence, memories from childhood, or something that does not fit neatly into any category. QHHT does not require you to arrive with a particular belief about what these experiences “really” are.

My approach is curious rather than prescriptive. You are invited to notice what appears, explore it with an open mind, and decide for yourself what meaning — if any — it holds for you.

Why explore this?

There is no single “right” reason to come.

QHHT can be approached as a spiritual exploration, a self-reflection practice, or simply an invitation to become deeply curious about your own inner world.

◌

Perspective

Step outside familiar stories and look at your life, relationships, and recurring patterns from a different angle.

✦

Self-understanding

Explore memories, emotions, symbols, and experiences that may help you reflect on what matters most to you.

∞

Spiritual curiosity

Investigate questions about consciousness, existence, purpose, the soul, or experiences that feel larger than everyday life.

♡

Meaning & integration

Bring whatever you discover back into ordinary life and consider how it might influence the way you live, choose, and relate.

These are possible areas of exploration, not guaranteed outcomes. QHHT is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

The experience

A session is a conversation with your own inner world.

01

We begin with your story

Before hypnosis, we talk. You can share what brought you here, what you are curious about, important life experiences, and the questions you would like to explore.

02

Deep relaxation

I guide you through a gradual relaxation process intended to quiet ordinary distractions and help you become absorbed in your inner experience. You remain able to communicate throughout the session.

03

Explore what arises

Using gentle prompts, we follow the experience rather than forcing a predetermined story. We may explore a scene, person, emotion, memory, sensation, or symbolic experience and see where it leads.

04

Ask the deeper questions

When the experience feels ready, we can explore the questions you brought with you — including questions about patterns, purpose, relationships, fears, choices, or consciousness.

05

Return & integrate

We gently bring you back to ordinary awareness, then make space to talk about what happened. Integration is where you get to decide what the experience means to you.

Come as you are

You don't need to know what you believe.

You do not have to believe in past lives, reincarnation, “the subconscious,” or any particular spiritual model to be curious about QHHT. The experience can be held as literal, symbolic, psychological, spiritual — or simply as an intriguing experience of the mind.

My role is not to tell you what your experience means. It is to create a calm, respectful space where you can explore it for yourself.

Before your session

  • Think about what you genuinely want to understand or explore.
  • Write down questions you would love to ask if anything were possible.
  • Come rested, hydrated, and with enough time afterward to decompress.
  • Bring curiosity rather than an expectation that something specific must happen.

About Bri

A lifelong curiosity about consciousness.

I've always been fascinated by the strange, beautiful question underneath so many other questions: What are we, really?

My interest in consciousness grew from a feeling that our inner lives are far richer than the narrow stories we are sometimes given about what it means to be human. I'm drawn to the places where wonder meets careful questioning — experiences that challenge our assumptions, spiritual traditions that invite direct experience, and ideas about consciousness that leave room for mystery without asking us to abandon discernment.

That curiosity eventually became something more personal: a desire to create the kind of space where another person can slow down, listen inward, and explore questions they may not have anywhere else to ask.

I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers. I see myself as a companion in the exploration. Your experience belongs to you. My job is to help you feel safe enough, supported enough, and curious enough to follow it.

QHHT feels like a natural meeting point for the things I care about most: consciousness, meaning, healing, wonder, self-discovery, and the possibility that there is more to being human than we usually remember.

Questions

Things you may be wondering.

Will I be unconscious or “out of control”?

QHHT uses hypnosis and deep relaxation, but you remain able to communicate. Hypnosis is not the same thing as being unconscious, and you are not required to accept suggestions that conflict with your values.

What if I don't see a past life?

Nothing has gone wrong. Experiences vary widely. Some people report vivid scenes; others experience sensations, emotions, memories, symbols, impressions, or something entirely unexpected. There is no performance test.

Do I have to believe in reincarnation?

No. You can approach the experience with curiosity and decide afterward how you understand it. You are welcome to hold the experience as spiritual, symbolic, psychological, imaginative, or unresolved.

Can QHHT diagnose or treat a medical condition?

No. QHHT is not a medical treatment or substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please work with an appropriately licensed professional.

How long does a session take?

Plan for a substantial block of time rather than a short appointment. The conversation, preparation, hypnosis, exploration, return, and integration are all part of the experience.

If you're curious

Maybe the next layer is worth exploring.

If something in you keeps wondering about consciousness, memory, purpose, or the parts of yourself you can't quite explain, QHHT may be an interesting place to begin.
